Product is good but not durable, for the price it is good not better.
if you have been working out at gym please avoid since we are used to of heavy machinery, digital meter doesn't work anyway and cannot be claimed it can bear 130kgs of weight.

I purchased the Fitkit by Cult FK8000 Exercise Bike expecting solid performance for home workouts, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to even basic expectations.

Within a short time of use, the resistance system completely stopped working. Turning the resistance knob has no effect — it either turns freely or doesn’t increase/decrease tension at all. I followed all setup instructions carefully, and the bike was assembled correctly.

Upon inspection, it appears the tension cable or friction pad mechanism is either faulty or poorly designed. For a product claiming to support intense workouts with an 8kg flywheel, this is extremely disappointing. It defeats the entire purpose of a spin bike.

To make matters worse, reaching customer support has been a slow and frustrating experience. With only a 6-month warranty, I expected better service and build quality from a fitness brand like Cult.

Decent design

Cons:

Resistance system failed early

Questionable quality of internal parts

Poor after-sales support

Not worth the price

I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider and look for better-quality bikes with more reliable resistance systems and proven customer support. This was not a good investment.

Received it on time on the given delivery date. The overall frame feels very sturdy and heavy. It's painted very well. All required tools have been provided with it, so you can self assemble it. It took around 1 hour to assemble it. Step by step assembly instructions guide is provided. the instrument console looks good and working well; the build quality of the console could have been improved at this price point.
They have provided a small guide to start using this bike with a warmup and cooldown exercises.
Also, they are providing 6 months of diet plan, which they will revise after 2 months after having a discussion with you. Once you receive the bike, they connect you with the doctor and they plan the diet and exercises needed.
In my case, Dr. Jyoti Singh contacted me and planned my diet and exercise plan very well. A big thanks to her. They have an app (FitPlus) where they send the diet and exercise plan. Also, you can chat with them in case you need any help.
Overall they are not just providing the bike but good support which we do generally get when we join a gym.
(IDKY people have given so low ratings, with my experience bike great and they are trying to provide the whole gym like support).
