There were majorly two issues with this celebration kit
1. The frill was less in width. It was supposed to be a bit longer.
1. The happy birthday sticker was of really poor quality, it was not even looking good with frill. So I had to replace it with another bday sticker (the picture one is separate bought sticker) to make the kit work.

Please work on frill size and bday sticker
