Have always been an IEM user, so at first the sound profile of jbl tune 780 nc was little odd to me. Then the more I listen the more pronounce the sound became. My honest take on JBL tune 780 nc:
Pros : Bass is out of this world. This headphone is for bass head. No distortion even at top volume. Highs are also crystal clear. Good seperation of instruments too ( though not at the audiophile level). Sound profile is pure entertaining V shape. When used in wired connection, sound is more enhanced. And don't worry for those who are using phone with type c audio output. I m using a simple 'audiocular spark' external DAC , which makes the sound louder and clearer. Big difference is there in the audio quality in wired and bluetooth mode ( I tried with hi res lossless sound in apple music).
JBL app provides lots of cool features which can be operated super smoothly.

Cons : Sound is little low in bluetooth mode. Can't cranked up the head when needed. Highs are sometimes little too sharp. Ear fatigue will be there in long session. Comfortable level is not up to the mark with the given price point. Build quality is also average.ANC is just ordinary. This headphone is not for gamers. Sound is not at all natural during gaming.

Little pricey as always with JBL. And as always, bass is top notch !
